An exciting career at Necks IMP

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
We invite students of all ages interested in gaining experience in the following areas to participate in on-the-job training:

• Finance
• Accounting
• HR
• Quality management
• Logistics
• Procurement
• Occupational health and safety

The on-the-job training in our company lasts from four to six weeks.

It is unpaid and ends with the provision of references. Under the supervision of experienced company employees, trainees have the opportunity to learn about the methodology and specificity of work, as well as the applied solutions.

Thanks to a few weeks spent with us, you will gain new skills and feel the working atmosphere in the company. You can expect induction training, flexible adaptation of on-the-job training to the mode of study, as well as feedback upon completion of the training.

How to apply for on-the-job training?
Applications for on-the-job training can be submitted all year round by sending a CV to the e-mail address given in the recruitment announcement.

The selected persons are invited to an interview with the HR Manager and the Head of Unit, after which the final decision to invite the candidate for the on-the-job training is made.

INTERNSHIPS
Internships in our company last from 3 to 6 months and are remunerated.

The internship supervisor provides the knowledge necessary to implement in the workplace and, over time, delegates more and more responsible tasks to the interns.

The internship is an excellent opportunity to acquire knowledge in a given field and develop professional skills. At the end of the internship, the supervisor evaluates the cooperation to date and, if it is positive, the intern is offered a job.
